Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead quality assurance efforts for both web and native iOS applications, ensuring seamless performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms.

- Develop comprehensive automated test suites using Cypress for web applications and XCUI Test for native iOS features.

- Execute thorough manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track software defects.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to refine requirements and ensure quality delivery.

- Conduct performance, integration, and regression testing to maintain high-quality standards across all releases.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated PHP – Laravel Developer to join our onsite team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Laravel development along with frontend knowledge and should be comfortable using modern AI development tools to improve productivity and build efficient solutions. The candidate should be tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new technologies, especially AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with Laravel (10+ preferred) for backend development

In this role, you will act as the technical anchor for our development team, ensuring robust system design and high-quality code delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into scalable technical solutions while actively mentoring engineers and unblocking technical bottlenecks.

• System Architecture & Design: Conceptualise, design, and implement scalable, enterprise-grade architectures for complex PHP applications, ensuring high performance, security, and future readiness.
• Engineering Leadership & Delivery: Manage day-to-day development operations, oversee task allocation, define delivery milestones, and ensure features are shipped on time without compromising quality.
