Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in the IT service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiation. A strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and trends is essential to succeed in this fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT service sector
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
• Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to improve results

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the IT service industry
• Strong knowledge of IT services and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Location: Permanent work from home role

Education: MCA, B.E/B-Tech-Computers

Shift timing: 3 PM to 12 AM

Job Responsibilities:

 Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing test case

documentation.

 Should be highly proficient with Java programming and OOPS concepts.

 Creating or updating an automation test plan or strategy and getting approval.

 Select, design, develop, and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy

using Selenium WebDriver, incorporating TestNG, and employing a hybrid approach.

 Desktop automation using Selenium WinApp.

 Configure the Selenium Test Environment for setup, including Java, Selenium WebDriver,

TestNG, and the Azure DevOps toolchain, among other necessary components.

 API automation using Rest Assured and Postman tools.

 Well-versed in incorporating automation into the CI/CD process of the organisation using

Azure.

 DevOps toolchain, Git, Maven, and Selenium Web driver.

 Creating, updating, enhancing, debugging, and running test scripts.

 Organising and monitoring the defect management process. Handling changes, conducting

regression tests, and generating automatic reports.

 Scheduling the scripts to run and send reports to the team and stakeholders.

 Coordinate with the team and client, solve their issues in the scripts, and give training.

 Performing code reviews and implementing industry best practices.

 Exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

 Must possess very good logical, analytical and communication skills.

 Candidates with knowledge of US Mortgage process will be given preference.

 Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

 Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Sourcing profiles from job portals like Indeed, Internshala, Linkedin etc
• Finding companies data. (HR Consultancy)
• Scheduling candidates for interview, following-up, and overseeing documentation.
• Attendance and other HR related work.

• Develop Backend & Rest API using MVC Pattern in PHP/Laravel/Node.js.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.

• Project timeline estimation and deliver the project within the deadline.

Required Candidate profile

• 4+ years of development experience building Backend, REST APIs with any PHP MVC Framework, preferably Laravel and CodeIgniter extensive knowledge of how web semantics translate into a REST API
• Expertise working with data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and experience applying modern design patterns
• Proficiency with MVC Architecture.
• Has a strong hold on database Mysql/MongoDB.
• Has a strong hold on server deployment and debugging.
• Write clean, well-designed code in Laravel/Node.js
• Troubleshoot and test core product software to ensure strong optimization
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Experience using Git.
• Able to solve complex problems and create optimized code for high traffic websites
• Experience in third-party APIs integration.
• Good understanding of design patterns.
• Experience in React.js/Angular.js.
• Experience in any PHP unit testing.
