Role Description

As an Automation Cloud QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated tests for cloud-based applications. You will work closely with the development and DevOps teams to ensure the quality and reliability of software releases in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, cloud technologies, and a deep understanding of quality assurance best practices.

Automation QA Engineer Responsibilities:

Automated Testing:

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for cloud-based applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

· Implement end-to-end test automation to validate system functionality, performance, and scalability.

Cloud Testing:

· Perform testing on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure applications function seamlessly in a cloud environment.

· Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure continuous integration and deployment pipelines are robust and reliable.

Test Strategy and Planning:

· Contribute to the development of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for cloud-based applications.

· Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality metrics and standards.

Defect Management:

· Identify, document, and track defects using established tools and processes.

· Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Performance Testing:

· Conduct performance testing to identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance in a cloud environment.

Collaboration

· Work closely with development teams to understand system architecture and functionality.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements And Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on automation and cloud technologies.

· Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or other scripting languages.

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Proficiency in using automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), Selenium is preferred.

· Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Maintain documentation for test environment

Excellent understanding of ISO 270001 processes, IT systems infrastructure and best practices.

Working experience in emerging technologies like MS Azure, O365, SharePoint Online, Virtualization. 

Strong hands on experience on Fortinet, Cyberoam Firewall, Vlans, Active Directory & Domain Controller migrations.

Should have prior experience in Server, Network, OS Hardening/fine tuning of Security parameters/Infrastructure audits.

Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, NMS tool, data storage systems, CCTV and phone systems.

Able to configure Group Policies and Printer Management Able to connect machine to the Domain Controller Able to Install through Domain Controller.

Ability to Install and Configure Symantec/ Kaspersky Endpoint Security, Antivirus in Network and Standalone Environment.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Worked on SAN & NAS.

Core Responsibilities

•  Resolve customers’ queries and issues through voice, email, social, social media channels following the defined process in specified timelines.
• Able to take Inbound calls/make Outbound calls for resolving real-time Customer queries, Customer retention, and offering certain marketing offers, etc.
• Meet the average response time along with productivity while ensuring you follow all quality parameters, SLA with 100% Customer satisfaction.
• To ensure all the customer queries/issues are being resolved on priority with clarity and promptness.

What are we looking for?

• Willing to work in rotational shifts and weeks off (24*7 environment). Initially, it will be 6 days (but will be changed to 5 days a week later).
• Must be proficient with Hindi, English & speaking another language will be an added advantage (Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi).
• Should have a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as a CX executive preferably in E-commerce, Consumer Tech, Hospitality, ITES, Gaming domain.
• Should have managed - Emails/Calls/Chat/Social Media queries.
• Ability to multi-task, and must have excellent communication skills.
