We are looking for a Backend API Automation Engineer with strong experience in API testing and automation. The candidate should be skilled in scripting and capable of handling both manual and automated testing.

Key Skills Required:

• Backend API automation testing experience
• Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript (Java acceptable)
• Hands-on experience with REST Assured and Postman
• Experience in manual testing along with test automation



Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Lead

The Inside Sales head will lead a team of regional inside sales manages/reps and will be responsible for meeting revenue targets in the regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the regional inside sales team and deliverables
• Set and track sales targets for your team aligned to the overall Qualified targets in the region and across the globe
• Set the pace for outbound efforts to ensure faster delivery of qualified leads as well as efficient conversions
• Track quality of conversations, lead quality and other metrics to ensure adherence to standards that will lead to attainment of sales goals every quarter
• Mentor and train the team as required to Improve conversions 
• Work closely with marketing, sales and other teams
• Sign up for and deliver a certain number of qualified opportunities every quarter
• Consistently work towards improving team productivity and efficiency

Mandatory requirements (Please read these carefully before applying)

• Prior experience in leading inside sales teams at least for over 800 days or more
• B2B experience especially in pitching a complex tech product to diverse audiences and managing teams that do so
• Proven capability in delivering qualified sales opportunities and meeting sales targets globally

• Market Research and Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform product decisions.

• Responsible for identifying / qualifying new opportunities for Avekshaa’ solutions andappNeura products mainly in the domestic Market.
• Responsible for building solid qualified pipeline.
• Pursue hot/warm leads and convert them into business.
• Provide operational support for all sales processes including alliances, pipeline
• progression, sales proposals, collections dashboards etc.
• Understand client’s needs and identifying the right solution to solve those busines schallenges
• Understand competitive landscape and constantly improve market intelligence
• Ensure selling effectiveness across the sales cycle.

• 1-3 years of solutions, IT consulting and software product selling experience in the domestic market. Experience of selling APM products-services, IT service management,
• testing and security services will be an added advantage. (People with only Hardware and Network selling experience shall not apply)
• Must be hunter with ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into pursuits

•  Must have achieved / over-achieved revenue targets consistently.
•  Ability to understand technical solution and articulate the same to CIO / Buyer over calls / meeting.
• Must have adequate exposure to client management and buyer processes including vendor registration etc.

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Cloud app development experience
• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns
• Experience with the fullsite of Go frameworks and tools, including:
• Dependency management tools such as Godep, Sltr, etc.
• Go’s templating language
• Go’s code generation tools,such as Stringer
• Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments
• Familiarity with code versioning tools(such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone. .

6. Generating new ideas, insights, products improvements and documenting them.
7. After due experience start shipping new features
8. Maintain jovial relationship with clients
