Business Analysis

• Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Flows, and Wireframes.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure correct requirement understanding.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and requirement validation.

You've spent 4–8 years in AI/ML, and at least 2 of those years building real multi-agent systems — not demos, not POCs that never shipped. You've worked on at least 2 multi-agent platforms (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, custom orchestration — whatever, as long as agents were actually coordinating and not just chained prompts).

• Agent memory, state, and context management
• Inter-agent communication and task delegation
• Failure handling, retries, and graceful degradation
• Tool use, MCP, and external system integration
• Evaluation and observability of agent behaviour

Job Description – System Architect / Solution Architect (IoT & MQTT Platform)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Architect with strong expertise in C/C++ or Go along with hands-on experience in MQTT and IoT platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable distributed systems, microservices architecture, and device communication frameworks for high-volume IoT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable backend systems using C/C++ or Go
• Define microservices architecture and distributed system design
• Work on MQTT-based communication and IoT device integration
• Design REST/gRPC APIs and inter-service communication
• Build reliable, high-throughput and low-latency systems
• Define event-driven communication patterns and messaging architecture

Inside Sales Executive - Lead Generation

Summary:

Passionate and energetic inside sales personnel who can connect and engage with leads via outbound calls, set up appointments and communicate the company's brand identity.

2 years of inside calling experience around IT hardware and software sales

Identify prospects grow and manage sales pipeline to achieve targets

Coordinate software demos and service presentations with prospects and the internal business development team.

Experience in market research, data mining and cold calling.

Generate new potential clients through cold calling, and social media platforms.
