We hope you're doing well. We're currently hiring for the position of Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, based out of our office in Malad, Mumbai.
If you're passionate about design, visual storytelling, and creating digital experiences, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital & print (social media creatives, banners, brochures, website/app UI assets)
- Collaborate with developers, content, and marketing teams to deliver creative campaigns
- Support UI/UX design efforts using tools like Figma or Adobe XD (preferred)
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Handle multiple design projects under tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top IT talent through portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews to assess candidate potential
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Manage and nurture candidate relationships to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Keep track of hiring metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Stay updated with trends in IT hiring and recruitment strategies
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn IT roles and technologies
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
- Strong time management & multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or any relevant field
