About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who also brings strong product design experience. You’ll be working on mobile applications and complex web applications — not just marketing websites. This role is perfect for someone who can take ownership of end-to-end design and turn product ideas into beautiful, functional, and user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define, design, and deliver product features.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design for responsive web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Contribute to design systems and UI libraries.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio of mobile app and/or web application UI (not just static websites).
- Solid grasp of product thinking, UX strategy, and user flows.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and iterate based on feedback.
