Salesforce Summit Partner with a 5/5 partner rating on the Salesforce AppExchange and a growing team of experienced and accredited Salesforce specialists.
Work with Consultants, Architects, Developers and Quality Leads to create test plans,
test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce projects in line with the best practices and
strategic platform direction.
• Analyse the requirement and the design documents to understand the functionality
of the solution and the problem statement
• Understand the business needs and technology capabilities
• Collaborate with clients to understand their quality assurance needs and provide
consulting services accordingly
• Defining and implementing effective testing strategies and methodologies for
Salesforce projects
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement: identify and resolve process
bottlenecks, data issues to help improve operational efficiency
• Conduct component level testing, performance testing, regression testing, sanity
testing, participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) & User Acceptance testing
(UAT)
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results
and any other relevant testing artifacts
• Identify, report, and manage defects using tools such as Jira and work with the
development team to ensure timely resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for resolving complex
defects and issues
• Report progress/issues to Project Lead/Manager regularly ensuring project TAT is met
• Provide high level estimates for testing requirements whenever needed and provide
periodic project updates to the project team members
• Conduct in-depth analysis of testing processes and recommend improvements to
optimize quality assurance activities
• Conduct quality assessments and audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement
in testing process
• Work closely with the team members to provide them with required mentoring and
support
Candidate Profile:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Lightning
• Proven experience of Quality Assurance Testing for Salesforce core and system
integration
• Strong experience and knowledge of Salesforce configuration and standard Salesforce
functionalities
• Hands on knowledge of JIRA is must. Knowledge of testing tool like TestRail, Zephyr is
a plus
• Current knowledge of testing solutions using Lightning and LWC
• Basic idea about Apex, VF and Java script would be an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills to lead, mentor and motivate the QA team
• Ability to explore new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance quality
assurance
• Salesforce Admin Certification, Salesforce App Builder Certification, ISTBQ Foundation
Certification, OR equivalent
• Engineering graduate/ MCA / MBA or equivalent
