Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a position of “Business Development Manager” in Bangalore. As a BDM, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our client base in the Indian market. You will identify business opportunities, build relationships, and meet our client needs for their manpower requirements on CTH basis. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive positioning within the Indian market for IT consulting services.

Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire new clients, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively position our IT consulting services as solutions to address their challenges and drive business outcomes.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing ongoing support and value-added services to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets, leveraging insights from market analysis and client feedback.

Work closely with internal teams, including consultants, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and seamless execution of client engagements.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth, providing regular reports and updates to management.

Job Description :

- Strong understanding of the Ruby programming language and Rails framework

- Proficiency in Javascript including experience with React, Angular or Vue

- Database understanding (Postgres/MySQL)

- Previous experience maintaining production applications

- Focus on writing clear, maintainable, tested code.

Skills Required :

- Navigating and understanding a large codebase

- Experience with Git continuous integration and regular deployments

- Understanding and appreciation for UX and usability

- Excellent communication skills and diligent ability to contribute to the team by performing code reviews,

- Writing tests using Rspec and Capybara.

Hand on experience with TC Customization, Installation, Upgrade, Migration

Teamcenter BMIDE & ITK - Working with BOM & Structure , SOA , AWC customization

Work Flow & Dispatcher configuration through custom utility translation

Good knowledge on Teamcenter customization and AWC customization and configuration

Should have intensive work experience on the following modules. 

oReport generation.

oPLM-XML import / export.

oDocument Management

Good knowledge on required programming languages for ITK(C/C++), SOA-AWC(Angular JS,HTML,CSS) customization.
