Job Title: Pre - Sales Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai, Vashi

Department: BMS (Building Management System)

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, individual will be responsible to provide technical expertise and support to our sales teams, ensuring that customers receive accurate, tailored solutions that meet their needs. Individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth, manage quotations, and ensure smooth execution of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, sales aptitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Strong technical skills and comfort in leading technical discussions.

Sales aptitude with a keen interest in interacting with customers.

Proactive approach with a strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and technologies.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of the PLC/Controller BMS industry preferred, though experience in HVAC is also acceptable.

Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions and their application in sales processes.

Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Engineering Degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical)

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with basic PLC and DDC design and software applications.

Experience: 3-7 years of relevant in BMS or HVAC/ELV industry

• Design, implement, and test production- grade core robotic software components possibly  including perception systems, motion planning systems, or command and control systems. • Design, implement, and test software integration components with other robotic platforms and  warehouse management systems 
• Design, implement, and test customer- specific software components 
• Develop testing frameworks and support testing for core software components • Develop logging and data analytics systems for deployments 
• Follow production- level code design and development processes including detailed  documentation, code reviews, and structured release processes

Role - Senior FW Engineer
Location - Ahmedabad

 
Looking for a person to work on our control system firmware for electric vehicles. The person will be spearheading the development of automotive quality control system firmware working with the system intelligence team  and with the Hardware team to bring out next generation subsystems for the product impacting the entire EV market.

Qualifications: B.E./ B.Tech. (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical)

Employment: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 3 to 5 years in Firmware development

Job Responsibilities

1. Working with motor controller firmware and control systems.
2. Working with PFC and PSFB sections of charge controllers.
3. Working closely with the System Intelligence team to implement system control algorithms.
4. Write maintainable, MISRA compliant, safety compliant code.
5. Unit test the system for its requirements.

Eligibility

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in firmware development.
2. Automotive firmware development experience is a plus.
3. Familiar with firmware concepts such as RTOS and bootloaders.
4. Experience in working with safety critical systems.
5. Experience with MISRA C.
6. Experience with unit testing frameworks. 
7. Familiarity with TDD methodologies.
8. Experience with version control tools such as Git , SVN.
