We are looking for motivated Power Platform Interns with an interest in Power Apps and Power Automate to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or graduates who want hands-on experience in building low-code applications, workflow automation, and process optimization. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Overall Experience:
7-10 years of progressive experience in Electrical Installations and construction site management.
Minimum 3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in executing and supervising Electrical Power installations, including significant HV/MV switchgear (specifically GIS) and substation projects, for large-scale commercial, industrial with a strong preference for data centers or
heavy industrial facilities.
Role Purpose:
The Executive - Electrical (Power/GIS) is a critical on-site management role within the Construction Department, responsible for direct supervision, coordination, and management of all Electrical Power
distribution systems, with a specialized focus on Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) installations and associated High/Medium Voltage (HV/MV) infrastructure for new-age data center projects. This role
ensures that all electrical power systems are installed strictly in accordance with approved designs, specifications, stringent quality standards, safety protocols, and demanding project schedules. The
Executive - Electrical (Power/GIS) will be instrumental in delivering the robust, reliable, and redundant power backbone essential for continuous data center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Site Supervision & Execution:
o Provide direct, day-to-day on-site supervision and management of all electrical power
construction activities, including:
▪ GIS Installation: Oversight of GIS equipment erection, busbar connections, gas filling, and testing as per OEM guidelines.
▪ Transformer Installation: Power and distribution transformers.
▪ HV/MV/LV Switchgear & Panels: Installation of switchboards, PCCs, MCCs, PDBs, RPPs.
▪ Bus Duct & Cable Management: Installation of bus duct systems, cable trays, raceways, and power cabling (HV, MV, LV).
▪ Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems: Implementation of robust earthing grids and lightning protection.
▪ Backup Power Systems: Installation of Diesel Generator (DG) sets,
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, and battery banks.
Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC):
o Implement and enforce stringent quality control procedures for all electrical works (e.g., cable termination quality, insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, protection relay testing, functional checks for switchgear).
o Conduct specific QA/QC for GIS installations, including gas leakage checks, pressure monitoring, and cleanliness.
o Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify non-conforming works promptly.
o Coordinate with the central QA/QC team for necessary material testing, third-party inspections, and quality documentation.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance:
o Ensure strict adherence to all company and statutory HSE policies and regulations for all electrical construction activities, especially concerning high voltage safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, arc flash mitigation, confined space entry (for substations), and hot work permits.
o Conduct daily safety briefings, site hazard identification, and risk assessments for electrical tasks.
o Monitor safe work practices, proper use of PPE, and maintain a safe working environment.
Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Support:
o Provide active technical support during all phases of electrical system testing and commissioning, including pre-commissioning checks, individual equipment functional testing, integrated system testing, and final client acceptance.
o Specifically support GIS testing procedures (gas pressure, partial discharge, CT/VT tests).
o Ensure all necessary test forms, checklists, and reports are accurately completed by the contractors and commissioning agents.

Job Objectives:
- Lead the design of efficient power evacuation systems to integrate solar power plants with the national or regional grid.
- Design the layout of transmission lines, substations, step-up transformers, and switchgear for large-scale solar projects.
- Perform load flow studies, short circuit studies, and other electrical analyses to ensure the robustness of evacuation systems.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of power evacuation systems, ensuring they are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Coordinate with external consultants, EPC contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the power evacuation systems.
- Ensure that all evacuation designs are compliant with local, national, and international standards (such as IEC, IEEE).
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists.
- Work closely with project managers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
• Support in Upfront Technical Architecture and high level design to ensure
that the product meets manufacturability, Serviceability, performance,
reliability, cost, feature set ETC.
• Work with the team of design engineers for designing of analog and digital
circuits which meets functional, reliability, manufacturability, testing and
ergonomic requirements.
• Expected to maintain and improve systems and development processes.
• Manage the projects and ensure timely delivery
