Key Responsibilities
- Configure MAWM modules, rules, and workflows based on operational requirements and guidance from US/global leads.
- Perform system parameter setup, functional rule configuration, and environment preparation for testing and go-live.
- Support host–WMS integrations (OMS, TMS, WCS, MHE systems, carrier APIs) by reviewing mapping, running test transactions, and validating results.
- Assist in data setup (item, location, client, inventory profiles) to support functional testing and production readiness.
- Troubleshoot functional/system issues, working with the US team and vendor support as needed.
- Maintain configuration documentation and change logs for reference and audit purposes.
- Participate in deployment activities, including configuration migration and post-go-live support.
- Attend regular coordination calls with the US team to review tasks, priorities, and progress.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) configuration and functional setup.
- Strong understanding of WMS operations in retail, e-commerce, and 3PL environments.
- Experience with Manhattan Active API ecosystem and basic ProActive extensibility features.
- Knowledge of WMS host integrations (OMS, TMS, WCS, automation systems) and EDI/integration methods.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation and MHE/WCS/WES integrations.
- Familiarity with Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management for Open Systems) is a plus.
- Understanding of multi-client/multi-tenant warehouse setup in MAWM added advantage.
- Ability to work in a distributed/global team environment with clear, consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Technical Integration
- Drive alignment across engineering, data, and warehouse operations teams

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and mitigate risks early, removing barriers to keep the team on track
- Work with the technical teams who monitor system performance and data flow integrity

ETL Process Oversight
- Collaborate with partner who leads the design and validation of ETL pipelines for syncing inventory, orders, and shipment data

Access Control Oversight
- Partner with teams to define and coordinate role-based access controls across integrated systems
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain compliance and operational integrity
Qualifications:
- 3-5 + years of experience
- Strong understanding of ERP and WMS platforms and their integration patterns
- Experience working with teams that implement integration tools, e.g., ETL, data mapping
- Familiarity with system roles and access controls
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and operational teams
- Ability to document and communicate systems in a clear, structured manner
