We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Expert to lead the sales efforts for India, focusing on our suite of B2B supply chain SaaS solutions, including Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and allied products. The primary focus of this role will be on non-retail sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, and 3PL. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain operations and a proven ability to drive sales in enterprise and industrial domains. This role demands a strategic thinker and a strong leader with experience navigating complex sales cycles in diverse industries.

Sales Strategy & Execution for Non-Retail Sectors

• Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy targeting non-retail sectors, aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Identify key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, and 3PL, ensuring product-market fit for each segment.
• Establish a clear roadmap to penetrate priority verticals and secure long-term business growth.

Revenue & Business Growth

• Own the P&L responsibility for WMS, TMS, and allied supply chain SaaS solutions in the non-retail sectors.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring high-value enterprise clients.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects in key industrial hubs across India.

Industry-Specific Solution Selling

• Understand and address the unique challenges and requirements of each target sector.
• Work closely with the product team to customize solutions, ensuring relevance and value for specific industries.
• Present compelling value propositions, leveraging case studies, ROI analysis, and technical expertise.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, train, and lead a specialized sales team focused on non-retail sectors.
• Define clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive results.
• Provide mentorship and conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team’s domain expertise.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as supply chain heads, logistics managers, and IT leaders in target industries.
• Lead strategic sales negotiations, proposal presentations, and deal closures for large-scale enterprise accounts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to secure renewals, upselling, and referrals.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Identify and develop partnerships with implementation firms, resellers, and system integrators specializing in non-retail sectors.
• Collaborate with industry forums, associations, and events to establish the company as a thought leader in supply chain digitization.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements relevant to non-retail sectors.
• Deliver regular performance updates, insights, and forecasts to senior management.

Some Specific requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable.
• 2-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record in non-retail sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, industrial goods, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including warehouse management, transportation, and logistics challenges specific to industrial domains.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-value, complex sales cycles in enterprise environments.
• Experience building and leading specialized sales teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales models, subscription pricing, and consultative selling approaches.

1. Digital Campaign Management -

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and other platforms

• Manage paid ads, budgets, targeting, and performance tracking

• Social Media Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client projects.  May serve as the daily contact between client and agency.
• -Proactive in developing and maintaining a close and productive relationship with key client contacts, acting with integrity at all times and including the SAM or AD in communications as appropriate.
• Develops a thorough understanding of the client’s business and be proactive in maintaining and sharing your knowledge of the industry in which they operate.
• Ensures client requests are dealt with promptly and developed into internal briefs by you and your team, distinguishing between a good and poor client brief and proactively ensuring clarity on agreed actions
• Ensures to gain client sign-off at the relevant project stages, involving the SAM/AD when appropriate
• Ensures the work that you send to the client and that of anyone you oversee, is completed in a timely fashion and is of the upmost quality, with high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and relevance to brief ¾ Before a project leaves the agency, ensures that all mandatory requirements have been considered and acted upon to gain sign off by the relevant Production Lead and client
• Identifies and solves problems as they arise, appreciating when it is appropriate to involve or notify the SAM and / or the AD
• Checks contact reports of key meetings and telephone conversations prepared by your team, ensuring these are issued to the client within 24-48 hours
• Proactively manages jobs and the Production Schedule, to ensure that they are scheduled on time, to budget and are monitored using appropriate administration procedures
• Supports those overseen in the prioritization of their tasks, in line with the wider Account
• Handling Team’s activity and objectives, to ensure team deadlines are met. Where necessary, proactively liaises with the SAM and / or AD to ensure priorities are aligned
• Ensures research and background information is prepared the team, for briefs/pitches / presentations as appropriate. Demonstrates capability in contributing to such meetings as needed
