Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning experiences that improve employee or customer performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and digital learning tools to create impactful eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze learning needs and identify learning objectives through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
- Design instructional materials including storyboards, eLearning modules, ILT guides, job aids, and assessments.
- Develop content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Implement learning solutions using Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday, or TalentLMS.
- Apply instructional design theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.) to optimize learning effectiveness.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials that cater to various learning styles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain version control and ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Stay current with trends in learning technologies and instructional design best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
Skills:
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/AICC/xAPI standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Visual design skills and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Experience with video editing and multimedia production is a bonus.
We are looking for people who have done SAP SuccessFactors
implementation in one or more SAP SuccessFactors BizX modules,
and who can demonstrate real impact within businesses and truly
understand how to successfully transform business processes. The
candidate should have a good understanding of the end-to-end
employee life cycle and understand the industry-specific HR
processes. The candidate should have experience in conducting
customer workshops and demonstrate the leading practices to
CXO’s.
Required Skills and Experience
To qualify for the role you must have:
Experience of SAP SuccessFactors BizX implementation projects,
performing a variety of roles through the full project life-cycle with
specialist functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors BizX
modules
Technical understanding of XML and ability to work comfortably in
delivering client.
Ability to develop strong relationships with the client
MUST Excellent written and verbal communication skills including
presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and
report writing
Ability to manage work streams within a large project (client-facing
or internal)
Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level
SAP Background is preferred.
Relevant Experience:
• 2-8 years
• Should have done at least 1 end-to-end Implementation.
Qualification:
• MBA/ PGDM/ B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA
• Should have throughout first class in the entire Academic
background.
Essential Skills:
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
