Key Responsibilities:
- Strong Technical experience in Node/ Nest JS & React native/Java and oracle/ MY SQL
- Should have worked in BFSI preferably banking domain
- Should have handled large or complex projects and should be able to manage multiple project track activities independently
- Experience in mobile native apps /web development as well as should have strong problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities as well should have some experience on measuring performance of application at design stage.
- Should have hands on experience on mobile apps and web apps development and designing skills.
- Vendor management and should be capable of designing API specification and application functional flow.

OBJECTIVE :
- The Product Development team within PayMate works with business to establish the overall strategy and priorities for the products and platforms. Based on the business strategy and overall priorities, the Product Development team creates product plan, including high level business requirements, solution designs, benefits definition and aligns with overall go to market rollout plan.
- We are looking to hire Product Managers with Payments background and Supply Chain Finance experience. You will engage existing and potential customers directly, and decide the future of the product based upon a strong understanding of the customer requirements. You will also collaborate with technology, marketing, sales and support to solve for the best customer experience.
- The candidate should be willing to accept a dynamic and multi-faceted role requiring to work across several teams and even geographies, while working with the core management team on the best way forward to help achieve our collective goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build a scalable Payments Automation System
- Meet regularly with key customer facing teams to collect and analyse user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :
- 5-7 years of experience in product management with 3 or more years in Payments background
- Strong customer centricity
- Ability to think creative and solve problem
- Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.
- Prior experience at fast growing fintech / B2B startups will be preferable
- Highly adaptable and aware. Comfortable in an evolving and dynamic environment.
- Good networker: persuasive with excellent interpersonal skills.

Technical skills required:
- 5+ years building enterprise systems
- Worked on one or more large scale applications on Python Django
- Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and availability with an understanding of the CAP theorem and its implications for real-world distributed systems
- Understanding of distributed systems like Dynamo, HBase, various messaging and queuing systems and understanding of Time, Clocks, and Ordering of Events, rate control, load distribution
- Good knowledge of one or more relational and NoSQL databases and transactions Shrewd focus on latency and throughput of services
- In-depth understanding of concurrency, synchronization, NIO, memory allocation, and GC
- Experience with IaaS clouds like AWS/Google Cloud, Azure, OpenStack etc.
