*Role Overview*

The Support Executive will act as the first point of contact for Jupsoft clients, providing prompt assistance, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience with our ERP, CRM, and LMS products. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong customer-first approach.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.

2. Provide timely solutions for user-level issues such as login, permissions, password resets, and navigation support.

3. Log, track, and close tickets while maintaining SLA compliance.

4. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support when needed.

5. Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.

6. Assist clients in using ERP/CRM/LMS modules effectively.

7. Share product updates, FAQs, and knowledge base content with clients.

8. Contribute feedback on recurring issues to improve product quality and support processes.

*Requirements*

1. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

2. Willingness for Travelling

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to handle day-to-day client tickets with patience and empathy.

5. Customer-first attitude with focus on satisfaction.

6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Exposure to School ERP/CRM/LMS is an added advantage.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for entirely managing and delivering the project.

• Managing the process of ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables
• Understanding stakeholder needs of the project and business
• Coordinating between different teams for program management within the company and customer
• Meetings and presentation with the customer on continuous project review
• Supporting and managing the existing Ed-Tech portfolio to grow and be more impactful through continuous strategic support

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience and expertise with modern, cloud-based project-management software or platform or LMS based software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and team-building skills
• Strong presentation and written/ oral communication skills
• Startup mentality
• Knowledge of business functions and understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives
• Experience in an Ed-Tech company or Education industry
• Certification in project management would be an added advantage
• Experience in driving/ supporting sales and marketing for products with revenue goals
