Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Implementation Manager / Project Manager who has hands-on experience with University ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, client coordination, requirement gathering, solution mapping, and project delivery across academic and administrative modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle ERP implementations for universities and colleges
• Translate academic, HR, finance, and examination processes into ERP configurations
• Coordinate between development, QA, and support teams for module customization and delivery
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure smooth implementation
• Provide functional training and user onboarding to university staff and faculty
• Document workflows, change requests, and project milestones
• Serve as the single point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
• Support go-live planning, data migration, and post-implementation support

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in ERP project implementation, preferably in the education domain
• Strong understanding of university operations – Academics, Examination, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Accreditation
• Experience managing client communication, training, documentation, and support
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior implementation experience with educational ERP systems
• Familiarity with modules like LMS, Student Lifecycle, Online Examination, Fee Management, Accreditation Dashboards
• Exposure to cloud-based deployments and multi-campus architecture

The Support Executive will act as the first point of contact for Jupsoft clients, providing prompt assistance, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience with our ERP, CRM, and LMS products. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong customer-first approach.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.

2. Provide timely solutions for user-level issues such as login, permissions, password resets, and navigation support.

3. Log, track, and close tickets while maintaining SLA compliance.

4. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support when needed.

5. Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.

6. Assist clients in using ERP/CRM/LMS modules effectively.

7. Share product updates, FAQs, and knowledge base content with clients.

8. Contribute feedback on recurring issues to improve product quality and support processes.
