About the Role:

Senior Android Team Lead will be responsible for testing, QC, debugging support for various Android and Java software/servers for products developed or procured by the company. The role includes debugging integration issues, handling on-field deployment challenges, and suggesting improvements or structured solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for scaling the architecture. You will work closely with other team members including Web Developers, Software Developers, Application Engineers, and Product Managers to test and deploy existing products. You will act as a Team Lead to coordinate and organize team efforts toward successful completion or demo of applications. This includes implementing projects from conception to deployment.

This role requires a deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, data center operations, and regulatory frameworks. You will be instrumental in driving compliance, optimizing operational processes, supporting strategic business growth, and mitigating potential operational and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all telecom-related laws, licenses, and regulatory guidelines (TRAI, DoT, etc.). Stay updated on compliance mandates, coordinate audits and filings, and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Telecom Procurement & Vendor Management: Conduct end-to-end procurement of telecom resources and services, ensuring cost efficiency, SLA adherence, and compliance in vendor contracts. Develop and execute vendor management strategies including evaluation, onboarding, contract compliance checks, and performance reviews.
• Data Center Operations: Oversee procurement and resource planning for data center infrastructure, monitor performance, identify areas for optimization and regulatory alignment, and ensure adherence to relevant security standards.
• Vendor Governance: Develop and execute vendor management strategies including evaluation, onboarding, contract compliance checks, and performance reviews. Manage relationships with key vendors.

As an android framework developer, you would be responsible for development, coding, testing and debugging of system features and system apps of PrimeOS, driving technical excellence, and shaping the direction of our products. You will work closely with our CTO to create cutting-edge features that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Create secure and high-quality production level code that runs well with different android versions and devices with different screen sizes.
