Position Summary
The Senior Executive - People Experience will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and HRMS management. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with CNH’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver induction programs.
- Facilitate documentation, verification, and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
2. Recruitment
- Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging social media platforms, job portals, and referral programs.
- Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications to ensure quality hiring.
3. Employee Engagement
- Design and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
- Plan and execute initiatives such as town halls, team-building activities, and feedback surveys.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution to concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyze engagement metrics to recommend and implement improvements.
4. HRMS Management
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRMS system.
- Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
Skills and Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the leadership team to support deliverables for special projects related to firm People Strategy (e.g., diversity, retention, etc.)

- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.

- Ensure best practices are followed for data capture and tracking
- Identify data capture and analytics efficiency improvements as the firm scales and grows and collaborate with teams to implement
- Design and service Tableau dashboards and other tools for visualizing data; support functional team usage
- Lead systems assessment and implementation as needs arise (e.g., applicant tracking system, HRIS system, learning management system, etc.)
- Ensure targeted communication and capacity-building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
What you will bring:
- 7+ years of experience in an analytical role (HR experience or internal/external consulting experience preferred)
- Experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Superb analytical skills; hands-on experience analyzing and deriving insight from large datasets
- Expert PPT and Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
