š¹ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process
Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining candidate databases
Collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs
Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 1 year in recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
