Job Title: Graphic Designer-3D Animation (Full-time)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer / 3D Animator with strong design skills to work on our blockchain and Web3-related projects. The role involves creating engaging visuals, 3D animations, and digital assets that simplify complex blockchain concepts and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX elements, icons, and graphics for blockchain platforms (DApps, wallets, exchanges).
• Create 3D animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics to illustrate blockchain concepts.
• Develop NFTs, digital assets, and 3D characters/models for blockchain-based products.
• Work closely with developers and marketing teams to deliver creative visuals for branding, websites, and campaigns.
• Maintain design consistency and align with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and 3D animation.
• Proficiency in tools like Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, 3D animation, and digital asset design.
• Prior experience in blockchain, Web3, NFT, or gaming projects (preferred).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the freight forwarding or Custom Clearance or Shipping or logistics industry
• In-depth knowledge of international logistics including but not limited to freight forwarding processes, Jargons, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
• Demonstrated ability to convert new customers and meet sales target
• Should have experience in handling face-to-face sales meetings i.e meeting with clients and building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Strong negotiation & closing skills
• Customer- centric approach with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
• Self motivated and results oriented

• Design/develop Restful Services, data analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cold call prospective Partners (Sub-Brokers).
• Arrange business meetings with prospective Partners and work on Partners activation & Client network development
• Advising Partners/Clients to build a strong portfolio into equities.
• Providing the advisory regarding the strategies for securities investment.
• Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
• Upsell/Cross sell through Partners.
• Arrange periodical Partner Meets for New Acquisition and generating leads for prospects.

• Interact with partners for product training, advisory to keep partners active & increase revenue.

We are urgently looking for a Zoho Creator developer to create business application. Must be an expert in Zoho Creator, Workflows and Deluge Scripting.  Must be able to work on projects without supervision. Must understand business process flow and business requirements to be implemented in Zoho Creator. Be able to create custom tools and scripts to automate manual business processes. Experience with 3^rd party integration.

Must have solid Zoho Creator experience and have developed large business applications. Will need to see proof of your work.
