Roles and Responsibility:
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms

Required Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of experience in IT technical recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills like React JS, React Native, Node JS, QA, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, etc.

What you will do:
- Working closely with sales and operations & Sales team on all diversity involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices

You have experience in technology recruitment with a proven track record in a SaaS product company. You are a master in analysing the appropriate skills, building a strong recruitment pipeline and bringing them to closure.
Responsibilities
- Handle end to end recruitment cycle for the open positions
- Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand the skill-set required, create a job description, develop a recruitment plan and execute it
- Screen the profiles of inbound candidates and search profiles through various job portals to hunt for the best candidates

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Statistics or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in technology recruitment with high success ratio
- Possessing good understanding of recruitment cycle in a product organization
- Good knowledge of enterprise technologies and SaaS market
- Experience in negotiating with recruitment and staffing agencies while handling the internal recruitment activity
- Good screening skills along with strong judgement on the behavioral skills to evaluate the candidate’s technical fitment and alignment with LogiNext’s cultural values
- Ability to take ownership, understand the requirements of positions and prosper in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Extensive working knowledge of developing relationships with candidates and keeping them interested in LogiNext along with ability to generate leads to find the best of the candidates

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
- Gather Information- Understand the company and candidate requirements thoroughly.
- Process- Create and suggest the hiring process and strategies on the basis of the job description.
- Timeline- Mention the timelines for the end-to-end recruitment process to hire the right-fit candidate.
- Job Marketing- Advertise the job through different channels to get more attraction.
- Sourcing- Source candidates through different job portals and social media platforms.
- Initial Screening- Screen the candidates via phone call or video call.
- Interviews- Conduct rounds of interviews before shortlisting and submitting candidates to the clients.
- Assessments- Create and submit assessments based on each candidate’s interview.
- Co-ordination- Follow up with the client and candidates to schedule final interviews on a timely basis.
- Negotiation- Based on the client’s shortlisting, initiate negotiations with candidates and close the deal.

Requirements

Education & Work experience** - We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelors/ Masters degree/ diploma/ certification in Human Resources, Business Management or other relevant fields.
Software and Applications- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, ATS & CRM Systems, have the knowledge and can adapt to other technologies very quickly.
