Develop software solutions that enable the students, parents and teachers to have superior learning and teaching experiences, both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop state-of-the-art high performance and low latency software applications for mission critical systems
• Contribute in all the phases of the software development lifecycle
• Craft a well-designed, testable, efficient code
• Perform object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Effectively and seamlessly manage communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage and provide live support to the developed applications

Qualification/ Experience

Must-Have Preferred

Education B.E / B.Tech Information Technology / Computer Science/ Information Science

• Experience 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot Frameworks
• Experience with test-driven development
• Experience with relational databases (MySql, Oracle, Postgres) or NoSql Databases (Cassandra, MongoDb, CouchDb) .
• Agile programming (Sprint, Scrum) experience
• Skills Understands version control branching strategies
• Understands different major language paradigms (object oriented /functional /reactive)
• Understanding and some experience in programming with AWS SDK
• Knowledge of Kafka and Redis

Role Purpose

The Admission Officer is responsible for driving student enrolments through lead generation, counselling, and conversion by executing effective ATL & BTL marketing activities and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate admissions through Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities such as school seminars, open seminars, and residential outreach within the assigned territory
• Conduct school visits to build relationships with principals, coordinators, and school management for business development
• Counsel students and parents through centre visits and home visits, ensuring a positive experience and successful admission closure
• Identify and leverage business opportunities by networking with local tuition teachers and academic influencers
• Achieve assigned admission targets while adhering to internal processes, systems, and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer handling skills with a calm, empathetic, and patient approach
• Effective sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills

What We Are Looking For:

- The candidate should have experience in manual testing, GUI testing, functional testing and load testing.

- knowledge of automated testing tools preferable open source like JMeter, Selenium etc.

- The candidate should have experience in writing and executing test cases.

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts; Ability to effectively prioritize assignments as well as unplanned issues.

- Knowledge of web-based applications is a must.

- Defect reporting, coordination with development team, defect logging, defect tracking tools like Bugzilla or Bugnet, bug reporting etc

- Completing assigned work with proper focus on design aspects, modular, coding standards, process adherence, optimized and readable code and minimal rework required

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming together with our team of engineers.

The role includes translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. It also includes Creating quality mockups and prototypes, ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency 

The  Candidate should be fluent in frontend language and also an exceptional problem solver with great communication skills
