Job description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong full-stack development and leadership skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. We are looking for a Senior Programmer who is passionate about software development, requirement analysis, and implementing compliant solutions. As a core member of the Development Team, the candidate will take ownership of projects by working independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in independently handling programming tasks on multiple projects. You must be proficient in full-stack development using SQL Server 2008 or higher as a back end and ASP.Net/Core with MVC as a front-end framework. Experience in Crystal Reports, version control tools like TFS and GitHub, and a strong understanding of healthcare domain requirements and compliance standards are essential.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and maintain software solutions using SQL Server, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC.
- Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 or higher.
- Implement and generate reports using Crystal Reports.
- Set up and maintain version control systems like TFS and GitHub.
- Conduct requirement analysis and gather specifications, especially for healthcare projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including DPDP acts and other data privacy laws.
- Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and compliance.
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications:
- Qualification: MCA or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Hands-on experience in at least 3 independent projects using SQL Server 2008 or higher, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC.
- Strong expertise in Crystal Reports for reporting and data visualization.
- Experience in setting up and managing version control systems like TFS and GitHub.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain, including requirement analysis and gathering.
- Understanding of data protection and compliance laws, including DPDP acts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.

- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.

Education and Experience:
- Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business or similar
- 2 year of HR experience in a Tech Company

Key Responsibilities
• Development of test documentation, test and deliver to agreed timelines, quality performance and customer service levels whilst minimising total cost of ownership.
- Develop and/or contribute to the development of Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Readiness, and Test Report documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders teams within the project and working in an integrated test environment
• Hands-on experience working on cloud-based applications, and UI testing.
- Deploy proposed automation tools, techniques and methodologies to ensure solutions and applications are tested and verified to the highest quality.
- Design, implement and maintain the automated test cases, scripts and libraries. • Identify the modularity within a test case which can be separated as reusable logic.

- Identify process improvements and contribute to corporate testing standards and definition of best practices.
- Automate test methods or source off-the-shelf test equipment
- Apply emphasis on Customer Experience testing
- Perform ad hoc/exploratory testing methodically to ensure the system is working as expected by the end-user
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to peers as required
- Work with CI / CD framework and build test automation to help with various projects
- Create/Develop Test Cases from the project requirements and or use cases in discussion with Engineering
Candidate Profile:
You have:
- Experience in working with Selenium (Java or any other language) is MANDATORY.\
- Should have experience creating or maintaining a selenium-based framework.
- Should have worked in Agile methodology and derived modular test scripts from user stories and manual test cases.
- Should have experience with cross-browser testing using Selenium Grid.
- You should be able to develop automation scripts and perform debugging. Also, identify common functionality and creates re-usable scripts
- You should be able to execute automated test scripts (raise and manage defects)
- Experience with other Selenium language bindings such as Javascript or Python is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling a team
Awesome to have:
- Any experience working in Healthcare Technology Education and Experience:
- Computer Science graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in Selenium with Java
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Testing
- Solid expertise in Linux and SQL DB (Oracle / MySql)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Jira and X-Ray
- Work experience in CICD pipeline integration and environmental set-up.
- Identification & evaluation of Automation tools/frameworks.
