As a core member of our development team, you’ll be responsible for building world-class cross-platform applications using Flutter. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter.
- Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code in Dart to ensure performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services effortlessly. Optimize application performance for a lightning-fast and smooth experience.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application stability and security.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile development.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for seamless automated deployment and testing.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and write unit tests to maintain impeccable code quality.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/MCA).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
- Proficiency in Dart programming language and deep understanding of Flutter’s architecture.
- Strong grasp of state management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, etc.).
- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations. Familiarity with Firebase, Firestore, and cloud-based services.
- Expertise in mobile UI/UX best practices and design principles.
- Knowledge of mobile security, app lifecycle, and offline storage solutions. Experience with Git version control and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to deploy apps seamlessly on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Desired Qualifications:-
- Experience with iOS (Swift) development.
- Knowledge of Flutter Web & Desktop application development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Codemagic, or Fastlane.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Contributions to open-source Flutter projects are a plus

Key Responsibilities
• Development of test documentation, test and deliver to agreed timelines, quality performance and customer service levels whilst minimising total cost of ownership.

- Experience in working with Selenium (Java or any other language) is MANDATORY.\
- Should have experience creating or maintaining a selenium-based framework.
- Should have worked in Agile methodology and derived modular test scripts from user stories and manual test cases.
- Should have experience with cross-browser testing using Selenium Grid.
- You should be able to develop automation scripts and perform debugging. Also, identify common functionality and creates re-usable scripts
- You should be able to execute automated test scripts (raise and manage defects)
- Experience with other Selenium language bindings such as Javascript or Python is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling a team
