Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Senior HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and experience working in an IT/tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, consultancies, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule technical interviews
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining closures
- Maintain recruitment tracker and share weekly hiring status reports
2) Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee verification
- Conduct induction sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for access, systems, and workspace setup
- Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities
3) HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRMS updates
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee queries on HR policies
- Draft and issue HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, etc.)
- Support day-to-day HR activities ensuring smooth operations
4) Payroll & Compliance Support
- Provide monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, LOP, new joiners, etc.)
- Support PF/ESI documentation and statutory compliance processes
- Assist in audits and HR compliance documentation as required
5) Employee Engagement & Relations
- Coordinate engagement initiatives (birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations)
- Address employee concerns/grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Support management in retention activities and culture building
6) Performance Management Support
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and documentation
- Coordinate review meetings and follow-up action points
- Support training needs identification and employee development initiatives
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications
1. Strong understanding of:
- End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to joining)
- HR documentation & letters (offer/appointment/confirmation etc.)
- Employee onboarding & induction process
- Attendance & leave management
- HR policies implementation and employee query handling
2. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Experience coordinating
- payroll inputs such as: Attendance, leave, LOP, new joiners, exits
- Basic working knowledge of PF/ESI documentation support and HR compliance documentation
3. Tools & Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Email drafting and professional communication
- Ability to handle multi-tasking, follow-ups, and coordination with managers/teams
Desired Qualifications
1. Experience working in:
- IT services / Software development / Product-based company
- Healthcare IT / SaaS (preferred)
2. Tech Hiring Exposure
- Experience hiring for IT positions such as: Developers, QA, UI/UX, BA, DevOps, PM
3. Working knowledge of HRMS/ATS platforms like Zoho People
4. Familiarity with:

• Development of test documentation, test and deliver to agreed timelines, quality performance and customer service levels whilst minimising total cost of ownership.

- Should have experience creating or maintaining a selenium-based framework.
- Should have worked in Agile methodology and derived modular test scripts from user stories and manual test cases.
- Should have experience with cross-browser testing using Selenium Grid.
- You should be able to develop automation scripts and perform debugging. Also, identify common functionality and creates re-usable scripts
- You should be able to execute automated test scripts (raise and manage defects)
- Experience with other Selenium language bindings such as Javascript or Python is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling a team
