Job Summary:
The HR Specialist supports HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes and promotes a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, assist with engagement initiatives.
- Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, administer benefits, resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain employee records.
- Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and improvement plans.
- Training: Assist in employee training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

What you will do:
- Developing and executing recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
