1. IT Recruitment Knowledge
– Minimum 3 Months of Recruitment Experience in screening, and coordinating interviews especially in IT.
– Understanding of common IT roles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Analysts) and basic tech stacks (like Java, Python, .NET, AWS, etc.)
– Understanding of tech stacks, keywords, and job requirements
2. Basic Understanding of IT Roles & Technologies
– Knowing the difference between front-end, back-end, full-stack, etc.
– Able to read and understand tech job descriptions.
– Comfort in learning new IT terminologies and understanding client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the most effective sourcing approach and plan based on the final requirements, including sourcing platforms, acquisition pitch, acquisition funnel, etc.
- Drive the sourcing efforts and ensure the right quality of candidates are sourced based on the requirements and within the committed timelines.
- Communicate role specifications and terms to the candidates clearly and transparently.
- Drive negotiations with the candidates and help resolve their queries and concerns effectively.
- Communicate any specific requests or modifications required by the candidate to the Engagement Manager proactively.
- Ensure a clear track of progress, transparency, and coordination within the Expert team.
- Screen applicants on call to ensure they meet the necessary technical qualifications and requirements for the respective roles.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, knowledge, and abilities based on the job description.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed records of candidates' technical evaluations, feedback, and assessment outcomes.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and other relevant data points.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical screening methodologies.
- Continuously refine and optimize the technical sourcing process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.

Role Overview:
As the Assistant HR Manager at Thrillophilia, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our exceptional team. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, ensuring we attract, onboard, and retain top talent who share our passion for travel and adventure. In addition to recruitment, you will also be responsible for various HR operational tasks, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

3. HR Operations:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
- Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.
- Administer employee benefits and leave policies, including leave tracking and coordination.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Coordinate team-building activities and events that contribute to a positive work culture.
5. Exit Management:
- Oversee the exit process, conducting exit interviews, and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining talent.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
