Recruiter Lead (Field recruiter)

We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to lead a team of recruiters and deliver hiring targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of recruiters
• Manage hiring pipelines and weekly targets
• Run pilots of new recruitment tools
• Report team performance to the TA manager

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, including leading others
• Strong pipeline management skills
• Experience with ATS and job portals

Drive end-to-end bulk hiring for field/program roles against manpower targets and TAT

• Source via portals, social media, referrals, and community drives; screen and shortlist at volume

• Treat hiring like a sales funnel — manage pipeline, daily/weekly closures, and dropout %

• Coordinate with hiring managers to close roles on time; negotiate offers and reduce no-shows

• Track and report recruitment metrics (sourced, screened, offered, joined)

• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and induction coordination

• Maintain HRMS records and ensure data accuracy for the assigned location

• Support attendance, leave, and payroll input coordination for field staff

• Resolve employee queries; manage exit formalities and F&F; coordination

• Support compliance documentation and audits as required

We are looking for a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead hiring for engineering and AI roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical recruiters
• Partner with engineering leaders on hiring plans
• Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill tech roles
• Evaluate candidate quality and sourcing tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruitment, including team leadership
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and tech stacks
• Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing
