- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion ratios, quality of hire)
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement for US-based clients and roles
Required Experience & Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in US Technical Recruitment / US Staffing
- Strong hiring exposure in AI, Product-based, and SaaS organizations
- Hands-on experience recruiting for complex technical roles across multiple tech stacks

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end field recruitment activities by visiting local markets, community hubs, and other sourcing hotspots.
