The HR Generalist / Recruiter will help oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs. They will carry out responsibilities in other functional areas such as: payroll, employee training and development, benefits, compensation, employee recruitment, onboarding/offboarding as well as employee engagement and events. Responsibilities Manages overall HR activities Manages all aspects of the hiring process (posts job openings, coordinates interview schedules, follows up with candidates, presents offers, etc) Manages posting of job openings in selected recruitment channels (considers responsiveness, quality and cost) Manages payroll and leave management activities Works to drive employee engagement, people management and addressing grievances Manages contracts and agreements with external clients with respect to hiring Develops a pool of internal and external talent Aligns and innovates processes as per the business needs Manages onboarding/offboarding process Qualifications MBA/PGDM with minimum of 4 years experience. (Not applicable for dynamic candidates) Not exceeding 10 years Candidates with extensive experience in hiring Good exposure to Job Portals and Sourcing Having experience managing payroll Relevant exposure to HRMS portals. Must have excellent Communication skills and people management skills. Must have a positive attitude with a friendly disposition
