At June Gaming, our mission is to make games that people play for years. We have built real-time multiplayer games like MaskGun, Puzzle Clash, Ninja Fun Race, Tower Conquest and Road Riot which have over 150 million downloads. Now we are building something new called Supergaming, a super app of games, which we are looking to scale to 100M users in 2 years. It’s a new paradigm for casual gaming and building it will require a lot of creativity, first principles thinking and iterating rapidly with user feedback and data. We are looking for our first recruiter who can come in and help us build the team who can in turn build the product at the scale and speed we are looking at. Responsibilities: - Hire for multiple positions at all levels -- game development, engineering, marketing, analytics, design, product and more - Work with the management to set up the recruitment process end to end, and ensure it is being followed by everyone - Track metrics for the recruitment funnel, and work with the team to optimise it - Come up with creative ways to hire for a fast growing consumer startup in Pune which has shorter talent supply than Bangalore but is much better to live in :) Skills and experience required: - 2+ years of experience in recruiting mid to senior level positions at a consumer product company - Experience with different sourcing methods -- job boards and platforms, consultancies, cold emails, LinkedIn, Twitter etc - Deep understanding of the tech startup ecosystem - Great people skills - Hunger and drive to build something great
