The hunt is for a “Hyper Organized” Talent Acquisition Professional with ability to manage effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders (customers & team members alike). Incumbent will demonstrate personal commitment and accountability to ensure standards are continuously sustained and improved both within the internal teams, and with partner organizations and suppliers. Based in Pune, this role is responsible for developing innovative and strategic methods to source, evaluate and identify specialized niche talent. Role: Talent Acquisition Professional Location: Pune. Experience: 6 – 8 Years Domain: Pharmacovigilance (PV), Clinical Research, Research & Development. Early joiners preferred. This is an Individual Contributor role and the incumbent is expected to partner with multiple teams and develop relationships with business leaders and provide consultative recruiting support to deliver a comprehensive and value added service. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Talent Acquisition: • Identification and cultivation of relationships with top talent while building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and forecasted positions. • Conduct variety of primary and secondary sourcing techniques including, but not limited to, cold calling, boolean and targeted search methods, tapping into professional networks, leveraging social media, resume mining, employee referral programs, attending networking events and/or career fairs, etc. • Successfully meet key performance indicator targets which may include, but is not limited to, candidate engagement, applicant conversion, recruiter support and compliance. Stakeholder Management: • Partner with multiple teams and stakeholders to assess current and forecasted hiring needs • Consult with business leaders on key hiring initiatives, market research, competitive intelligence, and search summaries. Market Research: • Research and gather market intelligence relevant to the talent landscape for specific skill-sets. What you bring on the table: • Good track record of results-oriented pipeline Talent Acquisition. • Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing (blogs, social and professional networking, advanced boolean search logic, search modifiers and internet data-mining techniques) • High volume and niche sourcing in corporate environment (preferably from Clinical Research / Healthcare Domain) • Creative and innovative in recruitment / sourcing activities including market intelligence relevant to the talent landscape.
