Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR IT Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in various IT domains. This role demands a deep understanding of IT roles and the ability to align recruitment efforts with InfoGrowth's strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking) to actively search for and engage qualified candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define position requirements, ensure alignment, and provide regular updates.
- Offer Management: Assist in offer creation, negotiation, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Talent Pool Development: Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Help promote InfoGrowth's employer brand through engagement initiatives, campus recruitment, and industry partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide strategic insights to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Sourcing Skills: Hands-on experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage candidates and coordinate with internal teams.
- Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work closely with HR and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HRIS and ATS software.
