The Consultant / Senior Consultant – Adobe Campaign is a technical role that requires providing Consulting advice and support to Clients for Implementing Adobe Campaign solution and any technical advisory required afterwards. This is a client-facing role and requires consultant to liaise with the client, understand their technical and business requirements and then Implement Adobe Campaign solution in a manner client gets most value out of the solution. Consultant’s main objective is to drive successful delivery and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for our customer.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, development, and project management teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.

Metrics & Reporting:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and revenue growth.
• Regularly update the CRM with accurate and detailed information on all client interactions and deal progress.
