- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, timely, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft strategic, role-specific hiring plans.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate follow-ups with internal team leads.

Qualifications
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Prior exposure to creative, design, or advertising industries is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first, empathetic approach.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process 'end to end'.
- Create JD in consultation with functional heads.
- Hire for multiple roles and functions, both Non-IT as well as IT.
- Use multiple platforms and databases to source the most suitable profiles.
- Screen profile and conduct first round of interviews.
- Set up F2F or Online Google Meets interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Manage and upload 100% of profiles on the google drive with link to google sheet based candidate system workflow.
- Manage interview schedule and calendar.
- Conduct ongoing research regarding competitor pay, benefits, and organizational structure.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify relevant job boards & posting sites.
- If required, engage suitable consultants to widen the candidate pool and achieve timely closure.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5-6 years of talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency in operating multiple recruitment platforms - Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, iimjobs, Social Media platforms etc.
- Experienced with both IT & Non-IT hiring
- Excellent Communication skills
- Adept at Excel and Google Sheets
- High Energy / Self Starter / Displays Initiative
