Job Title: Accounts Executive / Timesheet/Invoice Coordinator.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Timesheet Collection: Collect timesheets from employees or contractors on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submitted data.
2. Timesheet Verification: Review timesheets for discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies. Follow up with employees or supervisors to resolve issues as needed.
3. Invoice Preparation: Generate invoices based on approved timesheets and project contracts, ensuring that billing rates, hours worked, and expenses are accurately reflected.
4. Billing Review: Conduct thorough reviews of invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client billing requirements and contractual agreements.
5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on Timesheet follow up and invoice status.
6. Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of timesheets, invoices, and related documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the invoicing and timesheet collection process, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Job Description:

·        Need highly skilled Bench sales lead with 2+ years of experience

·        Expert in Bench Sales including of OPT, CPT, H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EAD s

·        Should have expertise in Transferring H1B profiles.

·        Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.

·        Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking portals etc.

·        Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.

·        Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.

·        Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.

·        Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.

·        Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications.

·        Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.

·        Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.

·        Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.

It's Complete US Shift (Night Shift)

Shift Timing will be 7.00pm to 4.00am IST

5 Days Working Sat & Sunday fixed Week off

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing and presentation.
• Identifying right candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements
• Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
• Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension and post-placement care)
• Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database

·        Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

·        Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

·        Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

·        Publish progress report to management every week.

·        Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
