What You’ll Do:
- Source and hire top talent across technical and creative roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other job portals.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to screening, coordination, and final offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define smart hiring strategies.
- Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with internal team leads.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future roles.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Take ownership, track progress, and help improve the overall hiring process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–8 years of experience in technical or creative recruitment — ideally from an agency, consulting, or fast-growing company.
- Hands-on experience hiring for tech, product, or digital roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and follow-through.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
