Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of success in generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR administration and operations processes.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
- Conduct training sessions and workshops
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management team on strategic HR planning
- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, MS Office, and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Technical background with an HR certification is a plus.
