What you bring on the table: • Good track record of results-oriented pipeline Talent Acquisition. • Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing (blogs, social and professional networking, advanced boolean search logic, search modifiers and internet data-mining techniques) • High volume and niche sourcing in corporate environment (preferably from Clinical Research / Healthcare Domain) • Creative and innovative in recruitment / sourcing activities including market intelligence relevant to the talent landscape.
