Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles (developers, engineers, etc.).
Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
Maintain and manage an active candidate pipeline.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate timely feedback.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or technology-related roles.
Strong understanding of technical job descriptions and technologies (e.g., software development, networking, cloud services).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
