Sales manager

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including typing, filing, and scheduling meetings
• Assist with vendor management tasks, such as maintaining vendor records, processing orders, and resolving vendor inquiries
• Perform basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent or higher; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus
• Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects. 
• 3+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Experience in Sales and Service modules.
• Experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming. 
• Experience in building canvas app, model driven app and power automate flows is required.
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis & requirements gathering. 
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies. 
• Understanding of SQL Server 2016. Able to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards. 
• Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet & Mobile Applications.

• 3-8+ years of experience programming in a backend language (Java / Python), with a good understanding of troubleshooting errors.
