Job Responsibilities -

● Identifying and onboarding the potential DSAs and Channel partners from open market

● Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business targets

● Provide day to day operational support to your channel partners

● Responsible for driving monthly sales targets and respective business metrics

Job Requirements -

● Excellent sales skills, e.g. rapport building and negotiation skills

● Good written and verbal communication skills

● Should have prior experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages (Home loan and

LAP)

● Own Conveyance and strong local industry network are preferred for this role

Job Description: As a .NET + Angular Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using .NET technologies and Angular. You will work on a variety of projects, including the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, microservices, and front-end components. Your role will involve applying best practices in software development, including test-driven development (TDD) and automated unit testing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and Angular.
• RESTful API Development: Create and manage RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Microservices Architecture: Work on microservices-based architectures to enhance scalability and maintainability of applications.
• Automated Unit Testing: Implement automated unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD): Apply TDD principles to write efficient and effective code.
• Database Management: Design and manage databases using MSSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in .NET Technologies: Strong experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Front-End Development: Expertise in Angular for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• RESTful APIs: Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architecture and implementation.
• Database Skills: Proficiency in MSSQL for database design and management.
• Automated Unit Testing: Experience with automated unit testing frameworks and tools.
• Test-Driven Development: Familiarity with TDD methodologies and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture. 
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible. 
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability. 
• Write unit tests for API Testing.

Skills Required: 

• At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications. 
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms. 
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences. 
• Experience building a large-scale social or location-based app.

· Experienced with CI/CD environments.

· Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves:

· Familiarity with Web sockets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of new products and enhancements. They will work in all phases of the development cycle: concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track key metrics including retention, monetization, virality and general engagement. Provide various product and user insights to optimize the metrics and drive key business decisions
• Research into market data as well as user demographics to make well-informed decisions on future business strategies, product roadmap and production roadmap
• Bring expertise in your product areas and conduct rigorous A/B tests and data analysis to help improve customer experiences and identify profitable growth opportunities
• Managing various real-time reports and help stakeholders translate reports and data into actionable insights. This includes:
• P&L, LTV, virality and user behaviour reports with Product Team
• App performance, programming bugs with Tech Team
• User Acquisition and cost reports with Marketing Team and more

Skills Required 

• 7+ years of analytics experience in a consumer internet business with exceptional quantitative skills
• 2+ years of experience in product analytics 
• Experience in analytical methods (like ANOVA, Distribution theory, regression, forecasting, Machine Learning Techniques, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in mobile or social games is a plus
• Experience in managing and leading teams is a plus
• Proficient in SQL, scripting (either of spreadsheets scripting/VBA/Java etc.)
• Experience in statistical analysis using a statistical programming language like R
• Detail-oriented and data driven mindset and aptitude for solving complex, unstructured problems involving multidimensional datasets
