Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. The selected candidate will work closely with the lead Program Manager to ensure smooth execution of the migration initiative by managing project tracking, action items, and status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead Program Manager in coordinating and tracking all aspects of the Google to Microsoft 365 migration.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and task lists.
• Track action items, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with stakeholders and teams on outstanding tasks and issues.
• Prepare regular project status reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and ensure alignment on next steps.
• Help manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure all activities align with the overall migration roadmap and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT infrastructure or software migration projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, JIRA, or similar.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting senior project/program managers.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments is a strong plus.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science

• Software engineering and product delivery experience, with a strong background in algorithms

• Experience in architecting & building real-time, large-scale e-commerce applications

• Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic is a plus

• Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms

• Experience with web technologies, Go/Java/Python

Skills:

- 5+ years deploying Machine Learning pipelines in large enterprise production systems.

- Experience developing end to end ML solutions from business hypothesis to deployment / understanding the entirety of the ML development life cycle.
- Expert in modern software development practices; solid experience using source control management (CI/CD).
- Proficient in designing relevant architecture / microservices to fulfil application integration, model monitoring, training / re-training, model management, model deployment, model experimentation/development, alert mechanisms.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Serverless services like lambda, azure functions, and/or cloud functions.
- Orchestration services like data factory, data pipeline, and/or data flow.

• Implementation Experience on Avaya Aura UC Portfolio – Communication Manager, Messaging, Session Manager, System Manager, AES, SBCE, Utility Services, ADS, AADS, AMS, Avaya Control Manager and advance level troubleshooting to make project cut-overs successful.
• Implementation Experience on Avaya Aura CC Portfolio – AAEP, DSS, BRE, POM, CMS, WFO, AWFO, Breeze, Oceana and advance level troubleshooting to make project cut-overs successful.
• Works with the customer on recurring alarms that trigger in the PBX and provides plan of action to isolate the defect in PBX/Network - Problem Management
• Session Manager/System Manager (SIP server) administration and routing configuration

As a Front End software engineer, you will work on the ReactJS & React Native (Mobile Experience) powered user interface used by Fulfil merchants to manage their back-office operations. This is mission critical software and your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) & React Native (Mobile Experience). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the rest of the team working on different layers of infrastructure in an international environment. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality are important.

Requirements
