• Experience in sourcing candidates for various roles (e.g., SEO Manager, SEO Project Manager, IT PM, Content Writer, ).
• Well aware with Naukri,Linkedin and other job portals.
• Coordination with the candidate till the date of joining.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting creation to candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation

WeMakeScholars is an organization funded and supported by the Ministry of IT, Government of India under the 'Digital India Campaign'. We offer international education finance via scholarships and education loans, to study abroad aspirants. We are currently a 120 members team. Last financial year, we disbursed 2200 Cr in education loans to 8300 students across India.

Job Overview:

We are hiring developers (from 0 to 10 experience) with relevant knowledge and experience with the development and deployment of large-scale cloud-native enterprise systems on PHP, REST APIs, Node Js, Flutter, AWS & MySql. 

About Tech Department:

• Our internal tech team is responsible for end-to-end in-house tech support which includes and is not limited to design, development & deployment. 
• We are continuously developing and improvising our products to enhance customer and team experience.
• As we are in the Fintech space, our team has to ensure the database security of the application.

Job Summary:

• Participate in full lifecycle development
• Work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to analyze requirements
• Review peer code changes
• Make recommendations for design and implementation improvements
• Integrating the Frontend UI with Backend APIs.
• Design and implement APIs for web/mobile (both Android & IOS) applications.
• Work with the Product team in prioritizing development activities for weekly sprints

Experience & Skills Required:

• Prior experience- not mandatory 
• Ability to quickly learn - PHP, MySql, JQuery, Ajax, Git
• Have familiarity with- HTML, CSS, JS

We are seeking a dynamic 1+ years of experience Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles and pages, ensuring consistent brand voice and image.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle Google Analytics clients end-to-end  

• Contribute to building effective process management, mentoring teammates, reducing product & execution inefficiencies 

• Be responsible for day-to-day Google Analytics operations and performance of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.   

• Own, manage and grow digital analytics strategies for clients.
