Role Summary
This role exists to build and maintain the foundation of our digital visibility.
Not campaigns. Not gimmicks. Fundamentals done right, every day. You will work closely with the content and strategy team and take ownership of execution across SEO, AEO, on page, off page, and technical hygiene. This is a hands on role for someone who wants to grow into a strong SEO and growth professional. If you are looking only for posting blogs and checking rankings, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Execution and Optimization
• Perform keyword research for blogs, landing pages, and feature pages
• Optimize on page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and schema
• Maintain SEO hygiene across existing and new pages
• Identify cannibalization, thin content, and indexing issues
AEO and AI Search Readiness
• Optimize content for AI driven search and answer engines
• Assist in building FAQ structures, glossary pages, and entity focused content
• Support schema implementation for FAQs, How-To, Product and Article pages
• Ensure content is structured for clear extraction by AI assistants
Technical SEO Support
• Monitor crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site health
• Identify technical issues related to page speed, redirects, broken links, sitemap, robots.txt
• Coordinate fixes with developers and track resolution
• Use tools to audit and report technical issues regularly
Off Page SEO
• Assist in link building through ethical, white hat methods
• Track backlinks, referring domains, and anchor distribution
• Identify toxic links and support disavow processes
• Support digital PR and content led backlink initiatives
Automation and Tooling
• Use SEO and marketing automation tools to improve efficiency
• Work with AI tools for keyword clustering, content briefs, SERP analysis, and audits
• Assist in setting up workflows for recurring SEO tasks
• Maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking
Reporting and Analysis
• Track rankings, traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversions
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
• Highlight issues clearly, not just numbers
• Share insights, not vanity metrics
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in SEO or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of on page and technical SEO fundamentals
• Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
• Basic understanding of HTML, schema, and page structure
• Familiarity with AI tools used for SEO or content research
• Ability to execute instructions accurately and consistently
Nice to Have
• Exposure to AEO or AI search optimization
• Experience working with SaaS or ecommerce websites
• Basic understanding of page speed and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with CMS platforms
• Curiosity about how AI is changing search behavior
