Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing HR service delivery and ensuring alignment with business and HR strategic objectives.

• Partnering with business on end-to-end employee life cycle management.

• Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings

• Ensuring speed and quality of hiring as per the Manpower plan.

• Developing and enhancing our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR vendors.

• Contributing towards building systems & processes and initiatives with an aim to enhance productivity and retention of talent and reduce attrition.

• Deploying key initiatives to build engagement & driving communication to bring alive the EVP for employees.

• Designing & execution of Performance Management process that drives high performance.

• Conceptualization & implementation of business-relevant Talent Management practices.

• Driving training and development that will identify and meet the behavioral/ leadership/ managerial training needs of employees.

• Driving key actions to build a high performing and engaged workforce aligned with outcomes from the Employee Opinion Survey.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline + MBA from a reputed institute, majoring in HR.

• Min 12 – 15 Years of experience as HR generalist / HR Business partner in BFSI domain (preference to Asset Mgt/ Wealth business)

• Working knowledge of industry standards and practices and applicable Indian Employment laws

• Excellent communication, interviewing skills & analytical skills.

• Positive attitude, quick learner, proactive and able to work independently with limited supervision.

• Excellent relationship management skills - ability to quickly build relationships with internal & senior stake holders.

• Work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Work on the entire product lifecycle starting from design to deployment and monitoring.

Position description: 2+ years of hands on experience in testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To work closely with software developers and product planners to understand more about what the product is for, its key features and the intended audience
• Required to carry out a mix of key functional and non-functional tests such as Sanity, Regression, Load, Security and Deployment
• Required to plan test cases in consultation with the stake holders
• Required to document all bugs and findings of these tests and ensuring they are addressed

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.
• Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.

• Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend

We are looking for a Sr. Engineer DevOps and SysOps, who is responsible for managing AWS and Azure cloud computing.  Your primary focus would be to help multiple projects with various cloud service implementation, create and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment, explore new services on cloud and help projects to implement them.

Technical Requirements & Responsibilities

1. Have 4+ years’ experience as a DevOps and SysOps Engineer.
2. Apply cloud computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes on AWS and Azure (GCP is optional / Good to have).
3. Design, develop, and implement software integrations based on user feedback.
4. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
5. Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).
6. Analyze code and communicate detailed reviews to development teams to ensure a marked improvement in applications and the timely completion of projects.
7. Collaborate with team members to improve the company’s engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security.
8. Optimize the company’s computing architecture.
9. Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
10. Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.
11. Expert in code deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible, and Chef).
12. Can maintain Java / PHP / Ruby on Rail / DotNet web applications.
13. Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
14. Possess a strong command of software-automation production systems (Jenkins and Selenium).
15. Expertise in software development methodologies.
16. You have working knowledge of known DevOps tools like Git and GitHub.
