Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior 2D Architect with strong expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to develop architectural working drawings, construction documentation, and detailed design solutions for luxury residential and villa projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical drawing skills and coordinate effectively with internal teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and GFC drawings.
• Convert conceptual sketches into accurate architectural drawings.
• Create and maintain BIM models in Revit.
• Produce construction documentation and project drawing packages.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and Site Execution teams.
• Conduct site measurements and update existing drawings as required.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws, project standards, and construction practices.
• Assist in design development and project coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create presentation drawings and support 3D visualization using SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Lumion, 3ds Max, and 3D walkthroughs will be an added advantage.
