As the Director of Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading a large sales team and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's sales strategy, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
What you will be doing
● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth for the company
● Build and lead a high-performing sales team of 200+ that consistently exceeds sales targets
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
● Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
● Manage the sales budget and ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the company's financial
goals
● Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the skills
and knowledge needed to succeed
● Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures
● Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and other key
metrics

● Someone with 10 + years of experience managing a sales team in product-based start-up
● Someone who has successfully managed field sales of more than 200 people in the past
● Someone who has seen a scale of at least 50 crore net revenue per annum
● Someone who is analytically strong and has a good grip on numbers

- Cloud expertise with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Code Build, Athena, Glue etc.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture and containerisation using Docker & Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, GraphQL, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
- Experience with DevOps & CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, caching strategies (Redis, CloudFront), and database optimisation.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

1. Core Responsibilities
· Leading solutions for data engineering
· Maintain the integrity of both the design and the data that is held within the architecture
· Champion and educate people in the development and use of data engineering best practises
· Support the Head of Data Engineering and lead by example
· Contribute to the development of database management services and associated processes relating to the delivery of data solutions
· Provide requirements analysis, documentation, development, delivery and maintenance of data platforms.

· 5 years experience of working in a structured Change Management project lifecycle is essential
· Experience of working in a financial services environment is desirable
· Experience of dealing with senior management within a large organisation is desirable
· 5 years experience of developing in conjunction with large complex projects and programmes is desirable
· Experience mentoring other members of the team on best practise and internal standards is essential
· Experience with cloud data platforms desirable (Microsoft Azure) is desirable
3. Knowledge Requirements
· A strong knowledge of business intelligence solutions and an ability to translate this into data solutions for the broader business is essential
· Strong demonstrable knowledge of data warehouse methodologies
· Robust understanding of high level business processes is essential
· Understanding of data migration, including reconciliation, data cleanse and cutover is desirable





* Understand the architecture of the application and be able to support or enhance it using standard mobile app development coding practices
* Able to translate wireframes to proper mobile app screens
* Understand overall design process, including usability testing
**Technical skills:**
* Strong knowledge of React JS, React Native
* Clean coding practices is a must
* Data modeling of JSON, knowledge of MVC or MV*
* Knowledge of React Native and Redux framework
* Knowledge of Webservers is a plus.
* Knowledge of build tools like Grunt/Brunch/Gulp/Webpack, etc is a plus ·
* Prior background of server side coding helps, but knowledge of REST architecture is a must
