As the Director of Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading a large sales team and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's sales strategy, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
What you will be doing
● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth for the company
● Build and lead a high-performing sales team of 200+ that consistently exceeds sales targets
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
● Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
● Manage the sales budget and ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the company's financial
goals
● Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the skills
and knowledge needed to succeed
● Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures
● Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and other key
metrics
What we are looking for
● Someone with 10 + years of experience managing a sales team in product-based start-up
● Someone who has successfully managed field sales of more than 200 people in the past
● Someone who has seen a scale of at least 50 crore net revenue per annum
● Someone who is analytically strong and has a good grip on numbers

HR Compliances & Organizational Development
Should have worked closely with other HR stakeholders for the following.
- Coordinate with HR Ops for registering new employees in EPF, ESI and medical benefits.
- Check and clear expense reports of employees with HR Ops
- Responsible for joining and exit interviews.
- Implementation of new policies according to the system.
- Alignment of staffing philosophy, strategies, and values with business goals. Maintain a record of all employees data- joiners, leavers Work with auditors for all HR Audit purposes.

Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive in the Fintech Industry specializing in Payment Gateways, you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development efforts within the Business, Merchant, and Enterprise (BME) segment. You will play a critical role in expanding the market presence of our payment gateway solutions, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.
· Identify and prospect potential clients within the fintech industry, including startups, established companies, and financial institutions, to promote and sell our payment gateway solutions.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and effectively position our payment gateway offerings.
· Understand the unique requirements of each client and tailor payment gateway solutions to address their specific needs, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.

Education & Experience
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelors degree in commerce from an accredited university and prefer a Bachelors or Masters in finance. A higher degree, CA, CA inter or MBA/PGDBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
