Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Graphics Designer to develop compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, branding, and storytelling, with the ability to create impactful marketing assets that engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and digital advertisements.

·       Create marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, standees, and event branding materials.

·       Develop visual concepts aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

·       Design infographics and educational creatives for healthcare and wellness campaigns.

·       Collaborate with the marketing, content, and medical teams to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.

·       Create illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to support campaigns.

·       Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.

·       Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.

·       Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

·       Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

·       Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

·       Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging visual designs.

·       Knowledge of print production and digital design standards.

·       Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management.

·       Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

·       Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Canva.

·       Experience designing for healthcare, wellness, or consumer brands.

·       Understanding of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

·       2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer.

·       A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design projects.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML & Python Development

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions and intelligent features using Python.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge retrieval and contextual AI responses.
• Develop AI applications using modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AI Agents/Autonomous Workflows.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, including OpenAI and similar platforms, into enterprise-grade applications.
• Design, implement, and manage vector databases to enable semantic search and AI-driven information retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

JD of Java Full Stack Developer:-

  Java 8 / java 11

o Strong on OOPS concepts / not theoretically, should be able to analyze the outcome of a code snippet and also should have an ability to write code during the interview

o Should be well versed with the key features of Java 8 / Java 11

o Some of the concepts to mentions would be

§ Upcasting / downcasting  / exception handling

  JUNIT5 – Mockito / PowerMock

  JPA & Hibernate

o Should be well versed with Java persistence and key concepts, to mention a few as below

o First level cache

o Second level cache

o N+1 problem

  Microservices

o Should be well versed with the design patterns, to mention few such as

§ Aggregator

§ Circuit breaker

§ CQRS

o Should be able to explain a micro-service for CURD operations with spring boot

o Should be well versed with the HTTP codes

  Splunk / Kibana

·         Frontend tools:- Angular/React/Nodejs.

Basic Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of algorithms/data structures is a must
• Strong Java software development experience – with a focus on Java 8 & 9
• Experience with NoSql databases – ideally with MongoDB
• Experience implementing REST apis – ideally with JAX-RS
• Experience with Reactive Programming – ideally with RxJava
• Experience implementing unit tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications in fintech or established financial institutions
• Experience with microservice architectures
• Experience developing systems that can scale to large amounts of data
• Experience working in Agile Scrum
• Experience working on a globally distributed team

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
2. 1-5 years of professional software development experience
3. Experience with ES2015+, React, Webpack/Rollup, CSS, Node.js, Object oriented JS, FP in JS, TDD/BDD, Git, CSS
4. Ability to write clean, effective code
5. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases
7. Understanding of performance and efficiency with a strong customer focus
8. Work cross functionally to collaborate with designers o iterate on the design and implementation of our product
9. Be empathetic towards customers and appreciate the user's experience
