As a Senior Manager - Partnerships & Alliances at Bebetta, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partnership network. You will be responsible for creating and managing strategic campaigns, coordinating with various stakeholders, and identifying new market opportunities to drive growth. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a strong background in business development, partnership management, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Campaigns: Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end partner campaigns to achieve business objectives. This includes planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as design, communication, finance, and operations, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor daily spends, acquisition metrics, and overall campaign performance. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and optimize future campaigns.
- Gap Analysis: Work closely with partners to identify and address any gaps in the partnership. Develop strategies to bridge these gaps and enhance collaboration.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets, prospects, and partnership opportunities. Assess potential market segments for growth and align them with business objectives.
- Strategic Growth: Leverage your understanding of digital marketing avenues, including AdTech, attribution platforms, and affiliate networks, to extract maximum value from partnerships.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or a similar role, ideally within the AdTech, affiliate marketing, or gaming industries.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, AdTech, and the ad tech ecosystem. Experience in leveraging various advertising platforms for brand awareness, visibility, and engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing campaign data, understanding key industry categories, and generating actionable insights to drive performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other analytical tools. Ability to think critically and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
