
Job description – Sales & Partnerships
The goal of the role is to start and run the off-line Business Development function, to drive the company’s growth and brand presence. This is a new company function, giving you the opportunity to break new ground for the brand and be a driving force for the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a database of existing and new clients with complete details for e.g. City, Size bought, spending attributes, etc.
- Actively reaching out to existing customers.
- To provide great customer service by sending recommendations based on customer’s size, preference and design styles
- To build strong rapport with customers to achieve sales target
- Maintain continuous relationships with existing clients, at our Store, via what’s app and email
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions
- Taking full ownership from beginning to the end of the direct to customer sales partnership cycle.
- Build and keep long-term relationships with customers.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and events.
- Create and share performance & sales reports with the founder
- Analyzing sales date and patterns and adapting sales strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of the product USP’s and integrate them across various content avenues to increase sales.
- Come up with extraordinary Advert ideas that convert sales
- Drive revenue growth objectives
- Lead generation through new business and existing, retained clients.
- Develop, implement, and manage a thorough and consistent process with appropriate metrics for pipeline management?
- Be on top of relevant market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities as well as shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Create new partnerships across India with offline stores based on brand positioning – more offline marketing?
- Conceive of and execute innovative partnership ideas. – marketing?
Ideal candidate
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Development, B2C Sales, Marketing or similar roles.
- A proven track record of winning new business to deliver growth.
- Possess a strong designer ladies fashion flare and passion
- Display a driven mentality and be able to tell us how you achieve your targets.
- A strong brand and product sensibility.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers, a variety of partners and clients.
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- A background in eCommerce, Luxury, Fashion or other creative industries is ideal
