The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders to drive the growth and expansion of AXS in various dimensions, including business development, strategic partnerships, innovation, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Initiatives:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

- Collaborate with the founders to define and implement strategic growth initiatives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Business Development:

- Lead efforts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.

- Explore new revenue streams and develop plans to capitalize on them.

- Assist in negotiations and closing deals with key partners and clients.

Innovation and Product Development:

- Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.

- Identify emerging trends and technologies that could impact AXS's business.

- Develop and oversee pilot projects to test new ideas and concepts.

Operational Efficiency:

- Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or a related field; experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Novumlogic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Flutter Developer. As a Flutter Developer, you will create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's Flutter development framework. The primary focus will be on creating new experiences. You will additionally work on innovative new app projects.

Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. You must have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Flutter development.

 Responsibilities:

• Design and build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter
• Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS
• Translate and build the designs and Wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code
• Write efficient queries for core Data
• Use of Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Model-View-View Model-Controller (MVVM) as it relates to designing, developing architecture, and developing maintainable, testable, and functional software that meets product requirements

Must have:

• 3 years of experience in building and deploying a moderately complex Flutter app

• Delivering a complete front end application in AgularJS
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and browser with reusable and modular components spanning cross multiple projects
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Integrate with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
