Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing institutional relationships with colleges and universities. The role requires a strong understanding of consultative sales, strategic outreach, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in colleges and universities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector
• Present Aavyan Consulting’s services effectively, focusing on value-based selling
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in ed-tech or related sectors
• Existing network and active connections in higher education institutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Prior experience in selling online learning products, test prep solutions, upskilling platforms, or school/college partnerships
