Key Responsibilities:

• Manage External IT Partners: Oversee relationships with external IT partners, especially a Microsoft Partner. Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and goal alignment.

• Develop Systems, Policies, and Procedures: Design and implement strategies for IT systems, policies, and procedures to optimize organizational efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate Software Releases and Upgrades: Work with technical teams and end-users to manage new software releases, bug fixes, and upgrades, ensuring minimal operational disruption.

• Support and Enhancement Requests: Review and prioritize support and enhancement requests based on business needs. Facilitate resolutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Programming in AL, C/AL, & C/SIDE: Customize and develop functionalities within Dynamics NAV/BC using AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE programming languages.

• Oversee Technical Lifecycles: Manage the entire technical lifecycle of IT projects from conceptualization to implementation, including bespoke module development.

• Code Review and 3rd Line Support: Conduct code reviews and provide third-line support to ensure IT solution quality and reliability, addressing complex technical issues.

• Integrate Third-Party Solutions: Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between various IT systems and third-party solutions to enhance functionality and performance. 

Required Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central.

• Implementation Experience: Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• MS Dynamics NAV Background: Strong background in MS Dynamics NAV environments.

• C/SIDE and C/AL Proficiency: Expertise in C/SIDE and C/AL programming, particularly in pipeline configuration.

• SQL Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with SQL for database interactions and data-related tasks within Dynamics NAV/BC is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Role Overview

The Sales Back Office Executive will support the sales function by managing research, coordination, documentation, reporting, and sales operations activities. This is a junior role focused on execution and coordination, working closely with the sales head and business development team to ensure smooth running of the sales pipeline.

The role does not involve direct sales closing but plays a critical part in enabling effective sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Research & Lead Qualification

• Identify and qualify target prospects for Cere Labs’ AI services offerings
• Conduct account and company research to gather relevant business, industry, and stakeholder information
• Create and maintain basic account profiles for priority prospects

Sales Enablement & Presentation Support

• Customize existing pitch decks and presentations based on prospect context
• Maintain and organize sales collateral such as presentations, case studies, and capability decks

Sales Coordination & Communication

• Handle email and LinkedIn communication with prospects in coordination with the sales team
• Schedule meetings, demos, and calls with prospective clients
• Join sales meetings (especially online meetings) and support the discussion flow
• Prepare clear and structured Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) and share follow-up action items

Lead Generation & ABM Support

• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by coordinating outreach and tracking engagement
• Coordinate lead generation activities with interns or external lead generation agencies
• Track responses, follow-ups, and engagement status of outbound activities

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Track lead movement across the sales funnel and ensure follow-ups are completed
• Prepare regular sales pipeline reports and summaries for the sales head
• Support weekly and monthly sales review preparation

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for information required in proposals or presentations
• Assist in maintaining calendars, schedules, and sales documentation repositories

Experience & Skills Required

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, inside sales support, or pre-sales role
• Prior experience in B2B services, IT services, SaaS, consulting, or technology companies is preferred

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good research and information-gathering ability
• Comfortable working with presentations, documents, and spreadsheets
