Role Summary

You will own partner-led growth and run the GTM execution engine on the ground in Pune, while coordinating closely with the Founder (GTM lead) and Engineering/Product. This is a hands-on role: recruiting and activating tuition/coaching partners and parent community admins, running webinar-based acquisition (2-3/week), and ensuring clean tracking and conversion operations.


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (any stream).
  • Preferred: BBA/BBM/B.Com/BA, Engineering, or any degree with strong GTM execution track record.
  • MBA/PGDM is a plus, not mandatory.

Key Outcomes (Success Metrics)

  • Recruitment: Onboard 40 high-quality partners (Class 10/12 tutors, coaching centers in Pune + Tier 1-2 online) by month one.
  • Activation: Ensure ≥50% of partners are actively driving students to webinars every month.
  • Webinar Execution: Co-host 2 webinars/week with a focus on high attendance and sales conversion.
