Job Description

Building a Resilient Team: As an experienced EIR profile, we are looking for leaders who can take challenges head on and love to lead the game while accepting all the responsibilities it may come by. This profile would lay a critical foundation for the folks who join us later in this journey, so ability to setting vision, impart learnings, building confidence and taking the team along counts the most.
Business opportunities: Co-create new business opportunities aligned with ONN Bikes' strategic goals while implementing them with the correct processes for testing and validating new ideas while ensuring effective budget allocation.
Roles and Responsibilities: You will be leading 2 core functions under this role
A. Supply Creation:
· Responsible for evaluating, strategizing, building and executing new initiatives to drive suppliers acquisition.
· Lead growth management which includes onboarding process, training, guidelines, adherence, pay-outs, vulnerability and risk monitoring.
· Cross-functional collaborations with tech, ops, marketing and strategy to cohesively enable growth, communication and engagement through tech.
· Identify evolving needs, welfare schemes, priorities and possible frictions in advance to address Partner growth while building a moat to sustain market growth.
· Coordinating for critical communications, marketing information, partner retention efforts and promotions & offers management with multiple stakeholders.
· Leverage data to drive partner growth and decisions.
· Owning supply-side deliverables and constraints.
B .Go to Market:
· Develop the go-to market strategy with the founding team.
· Analyse and optimise the category management with the supply team
· Rescope, optimise and expand new ways to generate wider supply base across metro, tier 1 & tier 2 cities of India.
· Analyse new product and customer segments to subsequently plan and implement innovative growth initiatives with the Sales Lead
· Design a roadmap towards a sustainable Supply Chain
· Optimise current processes across all areas at our portfolio company as well as create new processes

· A keen understanding and interest in business processes, gained from previous experience in tech startups or a respective educational focus.

Expectations / Deliverables :-
● Build enduring relationships with skilling organizations for co-creation of curriculum for the program

Requirements ;-
Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:
● Post Graduation in any background, with 1-3 years of experience in the field of partnership building from corporate background
● Computer proficiency- MS Office
● Strong commitment towards building relationships with organizations in the ecosystem
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English
● Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom.
