Job Title: Executive - Sales Documentation

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Assistant Manager - Sales / Sales Manager

Location: Hosur

Experience Range: 2-5 Years

Job Summary:

A team member in sales execution process responsible for preparing Export / Sales documentation along with ISO Documentation. Would be responsible for customer order follow-up and co-ordination with dispatch team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Any additional certifications or coursework in sales is an advantage.

Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Export documentation/Sales admin work

• Good communication skill (Both written & verbal)

• Good experience with MS Office & email communication

• Female candidates are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Export / Sales Documentation

• Post-sales documentation handling

• ISO Documentation

• Co-ordination with Dispatch Team

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, typically working regular business hours, but flexibility may be required during peak times or for client meetings.

1. Technical Understanding (IoT Basics)

• Knowledge of IoT architecture: sensors, connectivity, data processing.
• Familiarity with terms like MQTT, edge computing, protocols (e.g., Zigbee, LoRaWAN).
• Awareness of real-world IoT use cases (smart homes, industry 4.0, healthcare, logistics, etc.).

2. Research Skills

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand content.
• Staying updated with latest trends, regulations, and innovations (5G, AI in IoT, cybersecurity).

3. Content Writing Skills

• Clear, structured writing that’s accessible to non-engineers.
• Persuasive storytelling around real-life problems IoT solves.
• Creating how-to guides, use case studies, explainer blogs, and product comparisons.

4. SEO & Digital Writing

• Keyword research: "IoT trends 2025", "best IoT devices", etc.
• Meta title, description, internal/external linking.
• Use of visuals: diagrams, infographics, or product screenshots.

5. Audience Adaptation

• Can write for diverse audiences: B2B tech leaders, developers, or everyday consumers.
• Adjusts tone (educational, persuasive, technical) based on the goal

Job Description:

• Should have work experience in using GDS - Amadeus for Ticketing.
• Able to Issue, Reissue, Refund, Cancellation of tickets.
• Should have experience in communicating with Clients/Customers through Emails, Calls, and Chat.
• Should have Good Communication and Presentation skills.
• Should be able to improvise from time to time as per business requirements.

Education and Experience:
