Roles and Responsibilities:

• Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests for international regions like US, Canada, Middle East, ANZ, EMEA, LATAM etc...
• Email & whatsapp conversations with potential leads.
• Convert potential leads into customers.
• Learning & using our customer relations management software & others.
• Related computer softwares.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Laptop is mandatory.
• Willing to work in a startup environment (fast paced).
• Willing to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities:

● Execute campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads & other portals to drive growth.

● Work on optimization of campaigns through lever like CTR, conversion rate, average order value, etc.

● Analyzing & Reporting of Data & executing changes based on learnings.

● Coordinate with the design team to ensure campaign implementation. ● Planning & Testing of creatives & Audiences.

● Work on creatives & communication for the ads on various portals.

Must Haves: -

● Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in Performance Marketing

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Skills and Qualifications :

• 2-5 years experience in developing web based applications and building product product from scratch

• Knowledge of WYSIWYG editors

• Part of the core team responsible for powering the various apps and moving parts of the product
• Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.

Required Skills :

• 4 - 6  years of overall software development experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in Native React

• Highly proficient in one or more libraries (e.g. Redux, React Router, etc) for state managing and routing in addition to React.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software applications for our core product. This includes developing software components including Frameworks, APIs, Websites, Utilities, Databases, and Internet-related tools. Demonstrate technical leadership, mentor junior team members, contribute in effort estimation and identify hardware needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years working with React Js, exposure to Ember JS will be an advantage
• 5-12 years of industry experience in programming web applications, mobile and/or large-scale enterprise products.
• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS
• Strong experience in one of the following JavaScript frameworks: Ember, React, Angular
• Experience in XML, HTML, IIS
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Sense of ownership
• Passion for troubleshooting and problem solving
• Detailed oriented, professional, and possesses a positive work attitude
• Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Extensive experience creating high-quality software in a team environment

Our MEAN stack team is passionate about technology, and we love building scalable web solutions keeping performance in mind.We're looking for a full stack developer that has experience developing a variety of Web Apps using the MEAN stack. You should be able to comfortably move between the client and server-side code written with JavaScript/TypeScript.

Role + Responsibilities:   

• Work with the team to design, develop and support scalable applications         
• Implementing elegant, intuitive user experience using the latest front-end technologies.         
• Developing API's and designing the data architecture using web frameworks like Express.         
• Write, test, and release production-ready code.         
• Work with our DevOps team to ensure continuous deployments of our applications

Person Specification and Qualifications:

• Experience developing highly scalable services and APIs         
• Knowledge of data modelling and database performance using NoSQL/SQL         
• Strong experience with JS frameworks like Express(any other backend framework), Angular.         
• Familiarity developing SaaS applications in AWS/Azure         
• In-depth knowledge of designing and developing software in distributed architectures for multi-tier applications

Plus points if you're familiar with the following:

• Experience with deployment and CI/CD is a plus!       
• TypeScript implementation with Frontend or Backend applications         
• Knowledge of GraphQL and it's libraries like Apollo, Prisma         
• Have worked with Jest, Enzyme like testing libraries         
• Knowledge of document, key/value or other non-relational database systems such as Elastic Search, Redis, HBase,

Securities:

1. Should have Knowledge in T24
2. Should be having good knowledge in Investment Products like, Equities, Bonds, Derivatives, Structured Products etc.
3. Also should be well versed with processes like Corporate Actions, Mandate Management, Portfolios, Positions etc

Finance:

1. Should have FI module knowledge of T24
2. Should be having a very good knowledge on processes like IFRS, US GAAP, Year End Process, Accrual Bookings, Yearend process etc.
3. Should have good knowledge in configuring Reports, Products etc.

TPH:

1. Should have good knowledge on various payment systems like CHAPS, BACs etc
2. Should have good knowledge on T24 configurations for TPH
3. Should be well versed with the T24 TPH integration with other T24 modules
4. Should be well versed with various SWIFT messages
5. Should have development experience (for Developer profiles)

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

1. Should have basic knowledge of T24 Modules
2. Should have worked in European Regulatory space with Investment perspective
3. Should have good knowledge of WHT, Corporate tax etc with respect to Investment portfolios
