We are currently scouting for
- Sales forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to help the organization make informed decisions on sales targets, revenue goals, and resource allocation
- Pipeline management: Analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to identify areas of improvement
- Sales process optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and tools
- Sales reporting and analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to identify trends and areas of opportunity, and work with the sales team to develop actionable insights
- Sales enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed, including sales training, product information, and customer insights
- Territory management: Develop and manage sales territories to maximize revenue
- Potential and ensure a balanced workload for sales reps
Must Haves:
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 3 to 8 years of experience required in sales
- Strong knowledge of consumer appliances, their features, and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, team management & conflict man agent
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
