Responsibilties:
1. Understanding the goals of partnership for Pushstart & Troopod.
2. Planning and strategizing partnership plans & models.
3. Creating, and maintaining an organized database for all potential partners.
4. Evaluating the potential partners, coordinating & discussing with the team to ensure
that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals, and
finalizing the targeted partners.
5. Establishing a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship
management.
6. Managing inbound & outbound partnerships, negotiating and finalizing the deals with
partners and alliances.
7. Implementing & Tracking the end-to-end process of finalized partnerships.
8. Strategizing newer ways to grow current partnerships that benefit the company.
9. Forecasting, measuring, and reporting the results of various projects with partners.

1. Min 1 year of experience in strategic partnerships & alliances with excellent
communication skills.
2. Strategic thinker with Networking aptitude.
3. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing know-how.
4. Team player and multitasker with organizational skills.
