Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and high-performing web applications using Python, FastAPI, and React JS
• Create clean, responsive, and reusable frontend components for modern user experiences
• Build data visualization modules, analytical dashboards, and reporting interfaces
• Design and integrate REST APIs to support seamless system communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand functional and technical requirements
• Enhance existing applications by implementing new features and improving system efficiency
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot application problems, and ensure timely resolution

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Full-stack Application Development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and FastAPI
• Good experience in frontend development using React JS
• Experience working with dashboards, charts, or visualization libraries such as ECharts
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration workflows
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems

Design Development:

•Lead the design development process, ensuring that concepts align with client preferences, project goals, and industry standards.

•Develop comprehensive interior design schemes, including space planning, color schemes, and material selections.

Drawings and Documentation:

•Create detailed interior drawings, plans, and elevations using industry-standard software.

•Collaborate with architects and other design professionals to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into overall project documentation.

Vendor Coordination:

•Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.

•Coordinate with vendors to source and procure materials, furniture, and fixtures that meet project specifications and budget constraints.

Shop Drawings and Specifications:

•Review and approve shop drawings to ensure they comply with design intent and project requirements.

•Develop and communicate detailed specifications for construction and installation processes.

Quotes and Budget Management:

•Prepare accurate and detailed project cost estimates and quotes.

•Work closely with the project management team to monitor and manage project budgets effectively.

FF&E Selection:

•Lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment based on design concepts, client preferences, and project requirements.

•Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to enhance design offerings.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

•1 to 4 years of proven experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.

•Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

•Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture procurement.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment.

•Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.

Lead technical Consultant

Experience: 9-15 Years

This is a Backend-heavy Polyglot developer role - 80% Backend 20% Frontend

Backend 

1. 1st Primary Language - Java or Python or Go Or ROR or Rust 
2. 2nd Primary Language - one of the above or Node

The candidate should be experienced in atleast 2 backend tech stacks.

Frontend 

1. React or Angular 
2. HTML, CSS

The interview process would be quite complex and require depth of experience. The candidate should be hands-on in backend and frontend development (80-20)

The candidate should have experience with Unit testing, CI/CD, devops etc.

UI UX Designer Responsibilities:

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

UI UX Designer Requirements:

• Should have prior knowledge and experience of HTML & CSS mandatorily.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Undertake the design, coding, testing, releasing the code, and NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central support
• Proficient in RDLC Report Development & SQL Server Database
• Experience working on the technical side of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Should be fluent and conversant with (A/L, C/AL & C/Side) Programming and ability to do developments independently
