Key Responsibilities:
Breakdown Maintenance
Attend machine and equipment breakdowns promptly.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
Minimize downtime by carrying out effective repairs and corrective actions.
Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and utilities.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per maintenance schedules.
Equipment Maintenance
Carry out lubrication, alignment, and servicing of machines and equipment.
Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial machinery.
Inspect and maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, and control systems.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
